Here at Quest for Wellness we have a large client base and are always welcoming new clients to our office. We appreciate that time is precious to our clients as well as to our staff. Please observe the following cancellation policy:

 

• 24 hour cancellation notice for individual appointments

• 7 day cancellation notice for group appointments

 

Appointments that are cancelled after the said cancellation notice will be charged a cancellation fee of no less than $60

 

We do have a waiting list of clients that want to see us, when you cancel an appointment in less time than allowed we are not able to fill those time slots. We realize it takes much preparation and travel to visit our office. Some clients need advance notice in order to fill open slots. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.

 

Appointments are for the client only. Friends and family members must make their own appointment to be seen.
